Salary Ranges — What to Expect

Year 1 (fresher roles): ₹15,000–22,000 per month in base pay. Accommodation and meals are included in most branded hotel positions, which significantly reduces actual living costs.

Years 3–5 (supervisor and manager roles): ₹4.5L–9L per annum depending on the department and property type.

Years 8–12 (department head and senior manager roles): ₹8L–18L per annum in India. Significantly higher in international markets.

International (Dubai and UAE): F&B Managers and senior Front Office professionals earn AED 8,000–12,000 per month, tax-free. That is approximately ₹1.8L–2.7L in hand per month.

The Dubai Track
